Privacy Policy - the basics

What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.

Butterpie, LLC and ButterpieGPT, LLC are referred to together as “Butterpie,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. 2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide

Account and profile. Name, email, password, phone, photo or avatar, timezone, language, company name, creator or business details.

Creator program. Connected social handles, audience insights, product interests, integrations you authorize, submitted forms, collaborations, and brand preferences.

Content and uploads. Text prompts, messages, documents, images, audio, video, datasets, metadata, annotations, feedback, bug reports.

Transactions. Billing name, address, tax details, plan type, purchase history.

Payment. Cardholder data is processed by our payment processor. We receive limited payment metadata and status.

Identity checks. If required for fraud prevention or legal compliance, we may collect IDs, selfies, or government numbers through a verification vendor.

Support. Emails, chat transcripts, call recordings, and survey responses.

12. Creator and enterprise integrations
If you connect third party accounts or upload audience data:

We act as your processor for that data and will process it only on your documented instructions, subject to our data processing terms.

Remove integrations at any time in settings. We will stop new data flows and delete previously synchronized data per your retention settings, subject to backups and legal requirements.

Content you submit to public areas may be visible to others. Do not share personal or confidential information in public spaces. We may moderate content for safety and legal compliance.

Links to third party sites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are not covered by this policy. Review their policies before you share information.
